At Blue Ridge Health, our dental team is quite literally going the extra mile—bringing high-quality care straight to our communities in state-of-the-art mobile dental buses. These fully equipped clinics on wheels allow us to reach even the most remote areas of Western North Carolina, filling a critical gap in access to dental care.
Our buses visit schools, community events, and partner locations, where providers offer check-ups and hands-on education to help families build healthy dental habits. Each bus features two dental chairs and an open, accessible layout designed to comfortably accommodate all patients, including those who use wheelchairs.
Services available on the buses include examinations, x-rays, fillings, simple extractions, and a full range of preventive care such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene instruction.
