Innovative Ways Blue Ridge Health Can Keep You Healthy During COVID-19

During this cautious time, Blue Ridge Health remains a trusted source for all of your healthcare needs. We encourage patients to use telephonic or electronic visits that are now available to take care of your medical and behavioral health care needs.  We’re here to help keep you healthy no matter how long the pandemic lasts.  Please don’t hesitate to call your local Blue Ridge Health office for more information.

Due to the presence of Coronavirus/COVID-19 in the community, patients needing to access care should anticipate the following changes:

  • If you have symptoms like cough, fever, or other respiratory problems or you are concerned that you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please press “9.” and a nurse will speak with you before coming into any of our clinic spaces.

  • If instructed to come into the clinic, when you arrive at the front door of any Blue Ridge Health practice there will be brief screening questions and a temperature reading before entering the building.

If you suspect that you have been exposed to Coronavirus, or you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath, please contact your local Blue Ridge Health office prior to visiting. They are happy to help and will provide further instructions.

Please be aware that these changes are necessary in order to serve you best.

Debido a la presencia del Coronavirus/ COVID-19 en la comunidad, los pacientes visitando nuestros consultorios, deben anticipar los siguientes cambios:

First, don't worry - you have until December to enroll and Blue Ridge Health will be here to help you and your family no matter what.


Blue Ridge Health is an option on all five plans being made available through the state.

We will not be able to help you choose the specific plan that is right for you, but we can accept any of the plans you choose.

During the enrollment process, you will need to choose Blue Ridge Health - Blue Ridge Community Health Services as your primary care provider.

We are working with each plan provider to make sure that we are as easy to find as possible.
