Having grown up in a small town myself, I recognize the challenges of rural life. I appreciate how Blue Ridge Health has been strategically positioned to help those who may have otherwise not found a listening ear and a helping hand. I have been honored to serve and collaborate in the community with others on this vision, including: Hendersonville Rescue Mission, Hope Coalition, and Thrive, among many others.

Special interests

I have practiced as a professional counselor since 2012, having entered the field wanting to helping others heal and grow through hard times. We all have a unique story to be told, and I value the chance to listen and support others who are seeking to find their voice in the storms they face. I hold special interests in the recovery process and affirming holistic personhood as we seek health in the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and behavioral aspects of who we are. I would be delighted to introduce myself and serve to explore questions on: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Substance Use, Family, and Community.
