Payment for Medical and Dental Services
If you have medical or dental insurance coverage, our staff will file claims to your insurance company, Medicaid or Medicare on your behalf. If you are eligible for Medicaid, staff members at Blue Ridge are available to assist you with the application process.
For patients who do not have any type of medical coverage, your fees may be discounted based on family size and income. It is necessary to collect the fee or arrange for payment when services are received. This includes the co-pay from insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, and as well as those who qualified for slide fee.
Financial counselors and eligibility specialists are available on-site if you have any questions regarding fees for services you received during your medical or dental visit.
