Registration and Appointment Information

In order to make your visit with us as smooth and quick as possible, it is recommended you call to schedule appointment. If you are calling for an urgent medical situation, you will be connected to our Triage Nurse to assist you.

If you require medical services when the health centers are closed, call Pardee Hospital Operator at 696-1000 and ask to have the on-call medical staff member from Blue Ridge Community Health Center paged.

Reynolds Children’s Center

8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday

Tuesdays  5:00 pm – 8:00 pm Children's Clinic

The William F. Stokes, Jr. Dental Center

8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, PLEASE CALL the health center. By calling the health center, you help health center staff identify open appointment times for other patients seeking a medical or dental appointment.

Please bring your identification card to each visit if you are covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance. At the time of your appointment, please tell health center staff if your insurance status or insurance eligibility, address, phone number, employment, or family status has changed since your last visit. It is also important to bring to your appointment all medicine bottles, including medicine prescribed by another doctor. For your child's appointment, please bring his or her immunization records and social security card, if your child has health insurance or Medicaid.
