Dental Director

The Dental Director is responsible for planning, administering, maintaining and expanding the BRCHS Dental Program; clinical supervision of all dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and other dental personnel; and administrative supervision of staff either directly or working together with appropriate operations management staff. The Dental Director will also provide patient care.  BRCHS is a Federally Qualified Health Center and is an approved Loan Repayment site of the National Health Service Corp.
QUALIFICATIONS:  Must be licensed to practice dentistry in NC. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience preferred. Administrative, management and budget development experience preferred. 

Development Specialist

The Development Specialist will serve as a key member of the fund development team and is responsible for coordinating the grants management process, including identifying funding opportunities, coordinating the development, submission, and management of grant applications and awards; Assists in the planning and coordination of donor-related events, and organizes donor-related documentation including Raisers Edge database maintenance, management, and data integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Services, Health Administration or a related field, a combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirement; Three years previous grants management experience, in a health care setting preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge software, strongly preferred.

 

Dental Practice Coordinator

The Dental Practice Coordinator is an integral member of BRCHS and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the dental practice.  Responsible for smooth patient flow and develops measures to assure optimal patient flow.  Assigns duties to employees and monitors the activities and operations of the center.  Assists with the development and implementation of performance and quality improvement activities.  QUALIFICATIONS:  Two years experience working in a dental setting; high school graduate; excellent written and verbal communications skills; knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems; skills in supervising, delegating, planning and organizing are needed.  Equivalency:  Combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for minimum education and experience requirements.
